2019 | 9th Conference on Learning Factories, Braunschweig

From March 26 to 28, 2019, the Institute of Machine Tools and Production Technology hosted the 9th CIRP sponsored Conference on Learning Factories at the “Die Lernfabrik” and Haus der Wissenschaft. The main topics were “Learning in Industry 4.0”, “Sustainable Production through Learning Factories” and “Mixed Reality and Immersive Learning Environments”. Around 130 international participants listened to lectures on current research results, took part in workshops in the learning factory and a simulation game of the BeSu spin-off, and got to know the research centers on Campus East. On Wednesday evening, the President Prof. Anke Kaysser-Pyzalla addressed some greetings to the conference participants
